By a Photographer for Photographers

In my other life, I’m principal of a web design firm, so the focus on working with photographers (excuse the pun) was obvious.

I specialize in creating sites that are easy to update (both text and images), SEO-friendly and e-commerce enabled.

I often use a custom combination of Photoshelter and WordPress for best results, creating a seamless site that contains a blog, a custom homepage and as many pages of other information as you need (for example, workshop details, gear lists or details of services). Via the Photoshelter features, there’s great scope for hosting multiple collections of galleries that support licensing for stock use, or shopping carts for immediate printing (through a print partner) or personal printing (by yourself).
